COVID-19 Policy & Procedures
- Booking: By Appointments ONLY!
- Appointments will be staggered by 20 minutes to maintain social distancing.
- Please come to your appointment alone. If you need to be accompanied by a caring person, please let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly. Such a person may be required to wait outside of the clinic during your treatment.
- Please check the following Covid-19 symptoms prior to your appointment. If you are experiencing any of these at this time, you should reschedule your appointment and immediately check with a medical specialist:
* New shortness of breath
* New chills or repeated shaking with chills
* New fatigue
* New sore throat
* New loss of taste or smell
* New nasal congestion
* New muscle aches that are not caused by specific activity such as exercise
* New diarrhea that cannot be attributed to another health condition
You can reschedule your appointment at a later time when you are no longer symptomatic and have been tested from Covid-19. These are challenging times. If your life changes unexpectedly prior to you scheduled appointment, we understand and our cancellation policy will be very lenient.
